i recently had unprotected sex that was long and rough. The next day my penis was a little sore and tingled. This lasted several days and calmed down but has reappeared after two weeks. i have no discharge or sores. Could this be nerve damage or an std?

thanks vance i was hoping youd say that as ive been freaking out about this situation hopefully i just irritated it and this problem goes away as it is pretty uncomfortable
