Herpes or Yeast infection please help!!

Hi doctor, im pretty stressed out and wanted to see if someone can help me out. The thing is started having disconfort and redness in my vulva one day, I noticed it when I applied a vaginal spray. The next day I got more burning, a lot of burning, it hurt a lot and It was getting worse every minute. There was also swelling and redness and I thougth I saw a rash. By the third day I could hardly do anything, a lot of burning, I couldnt sit down or lie down, it made the pain/burning worse. I hardly slept. It doesnt itch, I now have a plaque that looks like "cotton" in the vulva, no ithc but extreme pain. I cant do a thing, I havent slept and sitting down or being other that standing up is unbearrable.I also noticed tender inguinal lymphadenopathy. Im feeling very tired. I am a virgin but my boyfriend has made oral sex to me. I had oral sex about 3 days before this began and he had a flare up about two days after the last oral sex. Im very scared this can be herpes but it also sounds like yeast. PLEASE help!!

It is possible you did contract herpes from him.  Usually, the virus starts shedding a few days before an actual breakout if there is one.  You need to have the lesions tested to make sure you do or don't have HSV1 from this encounter.  Please refer all other herpes questions to the HERPES COMMUNITY.  The link is above in blue letters.
