Pain when urinating accompanied by painful leg

Hi. I've visited a sex worker 3 days ago. I received unprotected oral sex.
The day after the visit I started to feel a bit of discomfort urinating but I thought it was just a little irritation.
On the second day the discomfort turned into pain when urinating. No real itching, no discharge,no redness on the tip of the penis. When urinating the sensation is not burning, just pain in the urethra.
The urine is clear with no smell. Looks normal to me. Frequency also normal.
Also I started to have some pain in the right leg, for no apparent reason. The pain is similar to muscle soreness but feels different. The strange thing is that it started in a small spot (on inner thigh above the knee) and it spread throughout the entire leg, the right buttock included.
Now on the fourth day the symptoms are starting to subside but I'm still wondering what the problem is and if I should get myself tested. If I need to see a doctor, should I have bloodtests first and then go to him with the results, or how should I proceed? Thanks in advance.

Hi my friend,
As this is your first encounter the risks are close to zero. So, first relax. Anxiety also can cause pain in muscles. And the pain in the urethra can cause by scrach during oral.
But, to confirm your std status, you can perform,
Urine PCR tests for gonorrhea and clamydia 12 days after the exposure, VDRL and TPHA for syphilis , HEP A, B after 6 weeks of the exposure and HSV 1/2 for herpes, HEP C and HIV ab test after 90 days of exposure. Many people recieved all negative results after similar situation. So, I feel, you will recieve negative results as well. Please update me with your test results. Good Luck.
