Herpes or other STD

Hi i have some worrying skin issues in my groin area of late.

But first i will give you my health background. In late 2013 i was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and undertook 4 months of chemo before a stem cell transplant. i was in remission for 2 years and i started back on treatment at the start of the year. I am currently taking Lenalidamide 25mg daily for 3 weeks with Dexmethsone 20mg weekly. Other meds; Valaciclovir 500mg and Asprin both daily, Bactrim twice a week. My Cancer markers are dropping and my blood numbers are great.

The issue: I had unprotected oral sex performed on me in mid April. 11 days later i had swollen neck glands, and a mild fever for 24 hours. The glands stayed swollen for approximately 5 days. About 3 days after i noticed the swollen glands a dark oval mark 10mm developed overnight on the trunk of my penis. it was not sore or raised. it faded in 2-3 days. 3 weeks after the sex event i noticed a small cut like abrasion at the crease of my leg and groin which stung when i showered. By the morning 12 hours later more abrasions developed along the same crease line and by the afternoon the skin had peeled off leaving a raw lesion. I applied anti-fungal cream and the lesion healed in 3-4 days without scabing. At the time i remember feeling my glands in the same side of my groin were swollen. A few days later i noticed a red rash approximately 40mm long x 8mm wide on the underside of the trunk of my penis. It did not hurt or did i feel any unusal sensations in my groin. There was no lesions and now after 3 days it is still red and the skin is dry and peeling.

I have read on here contracting herpes from receiving oral sex is highly unlikely but still not out of the question. So what do you think? Does it sound like herpes or another std or hopefully something completely different.

thanks for your time.
