Herpes?

Situation,

Unprotected vaginal for approx 2 mins with girl from Holland while on vacation.

Symptoms
-Discomfort in groin a few days later. Yeast/candida perhaps?
-Red bump/blister high on pubic area, disappeared after 1 day.
-Large white bump grew on side of penis after shaving, as well as many fordyce spots.  White bump confirmed as wart and frozen.
-2 months later, tingling sensation in pubic area (prodome?), so shaved the area.  Broke out into many sores in pubic area that sent me to doctor very worried over herpes and over the next 2 weeks had alot of tingling in the groin area, but not pain as I would expect in primary herpes outbreak.  Doc said sores looked like folliculitus, but I had never seen them before.
Also in 2 week period, single red blister grew on base, which was cultured, along with a dry sore in the pubic area.  Came back negative.  The blister was gone in 2 days with no scabbing, but did hurt slightly.
4 months later, large sore on right butt cheek, could not get cultured.  3 weeks since there is still a sign of it.  Showed to my doctor who said it did not look bad but if it happens again, get it cultured.  Had pimples on other butt cheek as well.

So, I am not 100% convinced I don't have herpes, and being in Canada, I don't think Herpeselect tests are available.  Any insight as to what it might be?

Yeah this is me being nit picky but - please don't use words like "clean"  when it comes to std's.  It's hard enough for some folks to deal with the idea of having a std let alone to hear someone imply that they are "dirty" if they do have one ( because the opposite of clean is dirty ).

Think you could get a derm consult in a timely manner? I know sometimes specialists take a long time to get an appointment with in canada :(

I've tested negative for clam/gon (1 week) hiv and syph (16 week).  Been a tough 5 months, not knowing what's wrong over a stupid mistake...the girl and I chatted alot of the night at the resort, would have been nice to know she wasn't clean, but it takes two to tango.

No, no cultures yet.  I am discussing this question with HHH on the other forum too, he says it may be staph/strep since shaving has preceeded both "outbreaks".

Yes you can get your doctor to order a herpes select blood test in canada - of course convincing them that they can seems to be a whole other story :(  You will probably have to pay out of pocket from what I understand - it's not covered by your insurance unless it's ordered by an ob/gyn or an infectious disease specialist.  You also have the option of if you are close to the border - order your own blood test thru healthcheckusa.com or tstd.org and just take a road trip to the US and get it done. They email you your results within 48 hours.  (damn shame you should have to do that though! )

Have they done any bacterial cultures at all?
