Oral sex in general poses a low risk encounter for STDs. The low risk ones are gonorrhea and non-chlamydial NGU, syphilis and herpes.

I think this is coincidence that clear fluid comes up when your girlfriend does it and it doesn't come up with you do it to yourself.
