How common is chlamydia in the eye in this scenario?

How common is chlamydia in the eye in this scenario: I was fingering a girl but through knickers so no direct contact with her genital area. None of her liquid/secretions ended up on my finger. Subsequently, I rubbed my closed eyelid with my t-shirt, but my finger was under the t-shirt. So there was no direct contact, but was there any risk?

No risk at all. Not even the smallest chance.
