How contagious is oral gonorrhea through oral sex

I'm in a polyamorous relationship, and I had sex with a new partner on a Sunday. It was protected vaginal sex, unprotected oral sex. I didn't let him ejaculate in my mouth, so the only contact with his semen is through pre-cum probably.

8 days later, and I'm experiencing discomfort (not like a sore throat) swallowing, like my lymph nodes or tonsils are swollen and making it a little inconvenient to swallow. I've also noticed sores on the back of my throat, and one or two white spots on my tonsils.

I've had no headaches, no burning sensations during urination, no fevers, just tender neck lymph nodes and discomfort swallowing, but it's not bad. I'm getting tested tomorrow for something.

My concern is my other partner, who I also saw later that same day. I performed "oral sex" on him, but jokingly (I licked the tip of his penis a few times, got bored, and we just cuddled). We also made out, but that was it. If I'm diagnosed with oral gonorrhea, should he be worried at all? Of course I'm still going to tell him that it's a possibility and that he should be tested, but is putting the tip of my tongue on the tip of his penis enough to pass it to him, even if it was the same day I may have contracted it?
