How else can I get tested for gonorrhea?

The lab I usually get tested at says that they can't perform a gonorrhea test for me because I haven't had any discharge that they can swab. I've been told this at others labs too. How else am I supposed to know if I have it? I've read that blood tests are useless. I've also read that urine tests are also not that reliable. What would show up in an urine test that says that I have it?

I need help!

Thanks a lot for the help. One last question about this, please. A month ago I took 500mg of azithromycin for 5 days, treating tonsillitis. Would have that cured me of gonorrhea if I had it?

Does the urine test have a specific name, so I can ask for it? What would show up in an urine test that says that I have it? Thanks!
