Need Help

Hi, I'm a 20 year old male with a little problem. I seem to be having this icy hot feeling the tip of my penis. It doesn't burn when I urinate, but afterwards my penis feels strange and kind of numb. I recently had trich and got treated for it and am wondering if the feeling is coming from the medicine finishing cleaning out my system. I just got off the medicine a day ago. Also I have been to the doctor several times and they have said that this is possibly a mental issue. I have been tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and syphillis and all were negative. The doctor said it wasn't herpes because my penis had no bumps or lesions no discharge nothing. The last reason I'm curious about this problem is my girlfriend was diagnosed with a yeast infection, and I wondered if that could have spread to me? Any help would be appreciated...

Hmm, that is possible. They just seem to not have any answers for me.

Best to ask your doctor at this point You did have tric which is a nasty bug and maybe there is a sore healing inside the tip. Killing the bacteria is one thing but healing is another and peeing will irritate a prior sore.

Icy hot is a sign of menthol like menthol in a rub cream or ciggs. Did you use some menthol cream on your body and then touch your penis?

My doctor said she couldnt give me herpes testing unless there were blisters on my penis and i didnt have anything like that. Yes my girlfriend was treated for trich as well and she did not have it wen she went to the clinic about two days ago. I know this may seem off subject but my penis has felt like this before, and I had to go to the doctor well I went to the emergency room at the time to get checked and was diagnosed with chalymdia days later but at the time ,they gave me a few medicines like a shot of something and some pills. They just gave me a bunch of medicine but they didnt know what I had until I got the results. I was wondering if I just needed to take flucanazole or something because I just recently got tested for everything and everything came back neg.

your provider is correct - this isn't a symptom of herpes. have you and your gf had full std testing that included herpes testing prior to starting to have sex together?

at this point, wait a week and see if this gets better. if not, return to be seen for repeat urine testing as well as a manual exam of your prostate.

was your gf also treated for trich?   we usually treat both partners regardless if one is negative or not.
