I feel inner heat in left abdomen area and little burning sensation on my penis
Hi I am feeling heat and pain in my left lower abdomen area and that too not Everytime only some times and I feel some tickling and burning sensation on my penis this is not like unbearable but I am worried about what's happening. Can you suggest me which Doctor I shouldsee and any help please I gave my full STD panel test and all were negative as I had unprotected sex last week I feel it's due to that something happened to me. I don't feel too much pain/ burning sensation but it never happened to me and I am worried why this is happening

Visited primary care physician today, she took urine test and said there was lot of blood in urine and thought might be a kidney stone and told me to do x-ray and after that she said there is no kidney stone she said me to drink plenty of water and prescribed me ciprofloxacin hcl 500mg and told me come back after 2 weeks
Do I need to be worried?
