i know exactly how you feel.. i was diagnosed with HPV back in 04 and recently got diagnosed with HSV 1 genital herpes.. in fact im still trying to cope with my results..
My symptoms werent severe but they were there.. and i too had the burning sensation.. Do you feel tingling anywhere?? my doctors kept telling me that what i had was folliculitis and it wasnt until they cultured it that i got diagnosed with herpes.. you might want to go that route??

I think they can do a test to see if it's really herpes. If it is, then they can give you some meds to make it go away quicker. Good luck to you!!!!
