In need of a diagnosis of odd symptoms (on penis)

Hello everyone,

I've had a problem with the texture of the penis in general and the surface area of the head of the penis more specifically.  I've gone through most of the picture of common STDs but I can't seem to find one that matches my problem.

To begin with, my penis, at random (usually once a day for several hours) becomes extremely moist, and the skin kind of slackens and becomes malleable.  What I mean by malleable is I see all these lines across the penis and discolorations which remain if any pressure is exerted from just sitting for a while (I'm talking really obvious lines and discolorations, and only when this moisture sets in).  Then spectacularly, the lines and discoloration just disappear the next day.  Then the process repeats as soon as the moisture issue returns (usually at some point during the following day.  In addition to being highly uncomfortable (even Gold Bond won't keep me dry.  And I'm in an air conditioned house when this happens).

Secondly, and I'm not sure if this is related to the first problem or not, but the head of the penis has many tiny, tiny, white dots--practically naked to the eye unless you stretch the skin and examine closely.  But if not stretched, it still looks odd because it you can tell the surface of the skin is not smooth.  Sometimes, when it's bad, it seems almost like a dried raisin (not that bad of course, but there are small folds visible on the head).  Anyways, I don't seem to have any of the traditional STD based on the picture--no sores, or anything like that.  Which almost make it worse in a sense because I can't figure out what it is or what's causing it.

I wish I could just get this diagnosed and get on with my life.  I don't know if it's an STD or not, but whatever it is, I'd like to know what and if there's anything I can do about.

Many thanks to those who took the time to read my post.

all the dots sound like either pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. both are very common and are very normal.

stop spending so much time looking at the lil guy dear. Nothing you've mentioned sounds abnormal. Be familiar with the appearance of your genitals but don't pay so much attention to them that you are making yourself think something is going on when it's something completely normal :)
