IS this Syphilis?

hi for around 10 days now i have this rash on my fingers. Its more like small red dots that pop and look like dead skin. ITs not itchy its just irritating feeling like small thorns on my fingers and palms. I went to the pharmacy and gave me a cortisone base hand cream. I only started using it today.
Do u think what i described above suggest any STD? last sexual encounter was back in May 2013 i gave the guy a blowjob i think he did not finish in my mouth. So do you think this peeling and the thorn sensation on my hands its related with Syphilis or any other STD's we have ruled out HIV cause that just an extreme situation. Any answers would be very much appreciated!  oh the pharmacist said it might be dermatitis from the weather change but its been 10 days now so am a bit worried it might be something more serious and its always running in my head that blowjob i gave to that guy back in May. Anyhow in hope i get some answers just in order to calm down.

ok so am confused now!!!
Does what i described above sounds like a syphilis rash? cause u first said :
'A rash on fingers has nothing to do with a STD.' and then you tell me : 'No reason to worry, the syphilis rash is palms of hands and soles of feet.' which one is it? am i at risk because of that blowjob 4 months ago?
