Imbarrissing Pimple looking thing on penis shaft

Well, it started with only one thing that looked like a small pimple or blackhead on shaft, this was a few months ago.. i tried to pop it like i useualy do.. but then the next day it kind of swelled up, and it use'd to be slightly painful... like a useual zit would be... i never experienced anything like this on my penis though. well, ive always been messing with it and such but it just would not go away...  if i attempt to pop it.. puss will come out sometimes... and now "few months later" its kinda become hardend like theres a small ball inside the skin that i cannot get rid of. Just resantly another poped up fairly close to the first one. It is showing some of the same signs the first one had, and it will also not go away.. its been there for maybe 2 weeks now, but it has not yet hardend up... I dont have health insurance. or any money to see a doctor for it.. i also do not have a car and dont wish to tell my parents about it due to imbarrisment. Is there something i can do for it to get rid of it on my own? Tonight im gonna try puting acme medication and or continously wash it with soap to hopefuly make it disappate... it was not to worried to rid of it because i was not sexualy active at the time, but now im going to be meeting with an old girl friend i had sex with before, and i would like them to be gone by time i see her, (2 weeks)

You didn't really ask a question but my guess it you want to know what it is and how to get rid of it right? If so the answer is i don't know. Bumps can be many things from a STD, to a bacterial or fungial infection. The only way to know for sure is to see a Dr and get proper diagnosis and treatment for it.
