In China, on a drip and not sure where it came from

Dear Doctor,

I am currently living in China. I recently contracted Gonnohea three days after having unprotected sex with a partner I have been with for three weeks. She has been tested and claims to be uninfected.

However the first time the hospital apparently didn't check for Gonnorhea, the second time when I suggested she go elsewhere and ask specifically to test by doing a culture. She produced a certificate saying that she was clean, but having shown this certificate to my doctor I have learned that the culture wan't taken from a swab. I think she may be hiding the fact she is infected, but I can't really say anything more as finger now points back at me.

Howver my other possible sources of infection go back at least three weeks before symptoms appeared. On that occasion I received unprotected oral sex with a lady of admittedly very high-risk category. One week before that I had a broken condom with my previous long-term girlfriend. The last time I had a check up was at Christmas when I was clean (according to urine sample).

I am being treated with (very expensive) intravenous Pazufloxacin mesilate (0.3g x 2) and ceftazidime (1g), for the sixth day now.

My questions are:

1) Where did I most likely get this? I am unclear of incubation periods for gonnorhea in men, also on the likelihood of infection from oral sex.

2) Am I on the right treatment? Most of the advice online is for muscle injection or pills. How long is usually necessary for intravenous? Once the yellow discharge has gone, does that mean I am cured?

1) Did you get symptoms 3 days after when you tested for it? If so then you got it from this most recent person.

2) Most places tell you not to have sex for at least 7 days. I am not an expert on medicine but as I said 7 days is the normal time frame. But since I assume your partner has it also you must stay clear of sex with that person until 7 days or longer after that person has finished the medication.

UPDATE

1) I am now inclined to beleive that the swab test was carried out on the partner and that their was actually just a typing mistake on the certificate.

2) I have actually been on 2 x 1g ceftazidime for six days.
