Unprotected oral and test results

Unprotected oral from female, blood and urine tests negative for HIV, c/g, syphilis, herpes 1 and 2.  Test was 25 days after ctc.  No discharge, some slight lower abdominal pain, head of penis is sore, have what appears to be small solid white bumps on the back side of my shaft near the tip, these have been there since about a week after ctc. Believe symptoms could be from anxiety/stress about the ctc, however:

Any concern that the test for herpes 1/2 was too soon and could be a false negative?
Possibility of hpv/NGU? From research it seems very unlikely.
Any other concerns? Pleased with the test but want to make sure. Thanks.

What is ctc?

No I would see no need for a test, without a cold sore on the other person the chance would be very low.

Thank you. Given oral is a poor conductor of Stds in general, do you recommend a retest for herpes 1/2? Symptoms are minimal if any, but if it's still a possibility it's of great concern. Thanks.

Test for herpes was too soon, so it would not really be a false negative, it was just too soon to detect.
HPV-it is uncommon to have it orally, so chance you got it from oral sex would be rare.
NGU-is possible, of all the STD's you can get from oral sex NGU and gonorrhea are the most common, but with lack of symptoms I would not be too concerned with either of them.

Sounds like things are more anxiety driven then anything.

Also HIV is not a concern.
