Ingrown hair or std?

About 5 days ago i noticed a red bump half way up the shaft of my penis. It wasnt vary painful but hurt when i came in ruff cotact with it.After the 5th day i squeezed it and it secreated a yellowish white(puse). The bump went down nd the skins back to its normal color, however it hasnt fully healed. This has happend about 5 times the past 4 years, but I've only been sexualy active for the past year (vaginal).Although i have had oral sex before the occurance but i didnt notice any coldsores or blister of that nature on my partners.

I shave often could this be and std, or ingrown hairs?
help please

You had oral before the first time you ever got one of these?

Even more of a reason to get it checked.

obviously this is something abnormal going on.  You should be seen and have it evaluated.

update: its starting to scab a little where the puse secreated it, no longer has a pain nd looks like its healing is this a sign of any std.

by the way i have had oral sex b4 the occurance if that counts as sex?

It isn't an std if you had it before you had sex.

It could very well be an infected hair follicle, but the next time you get one, you should see a doctor when its new and fresh.
