spots on pennis

this site is really a great help, thanx for every one helped in the success of it, and special thanx to all the doctors here.

I'm 24 yrs old heterosexual male, I had my first and till now last sex four months ago, it was a vaginal  with a condom but four 3 times without, I *** once inside with out condom!. 3 months later I got tested for HIV 1 and 2, Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Hep B and Hep C, they all came back negative.
The problem is 2 months after the sex I noticed small spots all over my pennies shaft which from time to time get a very tiny and difficult to see heads, so I went to Gum to check them, the nurse said I've been working her for 8 years and I can assure u that these are normal glands, not convinced with what she said I went to the same Gum again 1 month after these spots appear and another nurse checked me and said these are normal and they can't be Genital warts.
I'm still worried cuz I never had such a thing on my pennies and every time I look at them I get more worried, i had them for two months now they didn't get worst but also didn't get better.

Could this be Genital warts? and if not ,as the 2 nurses said, why I had these spots and why I had them 2 months after unprotected sex the exact period for Genital warts to appear?!!?
I've asked this question to the nurses but they had no answer just repeating these are normal.

I'm quite sure that there is a link between the sex and these spots.

I had these spots for two months now and according to the pictures I saw in the net they are very similar to fodryce spots, painless and not itching. What do u think these are and do u think I will get red of them or not?
I'm very worried that they could be genital warts as I know genital warts symptoms differ from case to case and some times they have no symptoms at all. Is that right?

Do I have to see a Doctor (not a nurse) again
your advice will be very much appreciated.

tThere isn't a strict rule when fordyce's spots appear. They could appear anytime, to anyone.  From what you told me I think that STDs are not your problem (but since I haven't seen them, I could only guess). Therefore, It would be better if you go to a doctor and let him examine you, you would feel much calmer afterwards... There isn't nothing wrong in having a STD check at least once a year...

Fordyce's spots, or Fordyce granules are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis or on the labia, as well as the inner surface and vermilion border of the lips of the face. They are common in men and women of all ages. They are named after an American dermatologist, John Addison Fordyce. On the head of the penis, they are called Tyson glands, not to be confused with pearly penile papules. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body. Men sometimes consult with a dermatologist because they are worried they may have a sexually transmitted disease (especially genital warts) or some form of cancer, but this is not the case. They may equally be worried about the appearance of their penis and what their sexual partner might think of it. Vaporising laser treatments such as CO2 laser or electro desiccation have been used with some success in diminishing the appearance of this condition if they are of cosmetic concern. However, most doctors consider this a normal physiological phenomenon and advise against treatment. So don't worry and don't think about them. If the nurses told you that you are OK, than they probably are! So don't worry about them to much, as they aren't there. And if it makes you feel better go to a doctor, why not have a second opinion. I know how you are feeling, I have been there, so stop worrying your damaging your health, and other complications ay appear! About the unprotected sex....very stupid if you don't know for sure if the girl is healthy!!!
