Is Azithromycin still active after I vomited?

I took 1g of Azithromycin for chlamydia at 3pm yesterday.

I was physically sick, after a reaction to some food this morning at 7pm (16 hours after taking Azithromycin).

Do I need to revisit the doctor, or will the vomiting not affect the effectiveness of the Azithromycin?

Any advice appreciated.
