She drank lots of alcohol, then unprotected female to male oral sex

First thank you for this forum, lots of poor or misinformation on STD’s. Had an encounter with an escort, she was drinking lots of dirty martinis back to her place and more straight gin. (Talk about liver damage) what does that do to the bacteria and viral infection in her mouth if there was any. I would imagine the Silvia would carry any infections back to the mouth. Probably a dumb *** question, thank you for your time.

I went to my clinic at  12 days, they tested for everything. Neg on everything I do have a syphilis canker question.  it’s now day 30, on my thigh I have a dry scaly patch about 1/4 inch. From what I understand this is not a syphilis canker. I have psoriatic arthritis. And it start as a pimple and grows  in size as a scaly patch .  I had the pimple close to the time of the encounter, no other signs as of today. I’m i right or should I be tested for syphilis again.

Generally, in regards to syphilis, it takes at least 6 weeks to show up on a test. Usually, the clinics do another test after 90 days post exposure to confirm the syphilis test result which took place at the 6 week time mark.
As you already have performed a test at 12 days post exposure, you can repeat the tests on 6 weeks and 90 days marks.
I am not sure. Let's wait for the expert's opinion.
I agree that getting a retest would be a good idea, though I'm still not entirely sure what your risk was, or what the time frame is.

A syphilis sore would usually appear between 10 and 90 days, with the average being 21 days. If your sore appeared during this time frame, then you should probably get another test.

Not a dumb question, but there are no studies on this that I can find, though I'm not entirely sure what you are asking.

From receiving oral sex, you could get gonorrhea, herpes type 1 (if you don't already have it), syphilis and NGU. The most likely of these is NGU, which is an infection in your urethra and can be caused by normal mouth bacteria entering the urethra.

You can test for gonorrhea and NGU at 3-5 days.

You can test for herpes now to see if you already have type 1 - many do and most never get cold sores/oral outbreaks. If it's negative, you can test again at 4 months, but if you don't get symptoms, I wouldn't overly worry about this.

You can test for syphilis at 6 weeks, though it takes some people up to 3 months. If you don't get symptoms after 6 weeks, I wouldn't worry about it.
