Is it of to take 2g zithromax in one dose?

Long story short, I unfortunately french kissed a woman at a night club... a week later a small sore/pimple showed up on my tongue on the place where I had kissed her... another week later, the pimple went away but then something similar to a rash started happening in my mouth.. My tongue started feeling reaaaally dry and has since become much whiter than it used to be (it isnt thrush, im sure), and white areas started to appear in my mouth, the top left and top right back areas of the roof of my mouth turned white with a rough texture... Im afraid I may have caught syphilis as both the sore and the rash are typical symptoms (am i correct??)... So after some research I figured out that the treatement for syphilis is 2g of zithromax... I initially found that very odd and feel that this may cause me to overdose!! Not to mention that I have gilbert's syndrome and my total blood bilirubin level are usually around 2.0... Overall, my question is, how harmful will 2g of zithromax at once be?? I hear that zithromax is heavy on the liver which is what makes me afraid of what 2g of it can do!!

taking this antibiotic will only worsen your oral fungal infection!! don't take it and see a provider for a proper exam, diagnosis and treatment!

Syphilis from kissing is probably as close to zero risk as possible. A syphilis sore is very nasty looking. Don't self medicate. If you are concerned then see a Dr for testing.

By the way the rash is normally on the hands and feet or trunk of the body. Highly doubt this is/was syphilis.
