Is it possible to get std from a stripper without sexual intercourse?

My wife left town so I was free to roam the strip clubs. A week and a half ago I visited a club in ELP. I got a vip lap dance from a cute latina, she was very eager from me to put my finger into her *****. That night my dick never left my pants, and I know right after the dance I rubbed my hands with hand sanitizer they provided. Of course when I got home I had tend to myself, but I can't remember if I washed my hands when I got home.
This Sunday I went back looking for the girl but she wasn't there. Another vip lap dance, a different stripper reached under my underwear and gave me a few second handjob. I remember it being very dry but I did feel some precum after she removed her hand. she might have touched her ***** a few mins before. She also grinded on my jeans vigorously which was nice. I showered when I got home before tending to myself. My dick is not feeling right since Wednesday. hurts after cumming, hurts after peeing, (not when peeing). Pain feels like at the tip. I got the std drugs on Wednesday as a precautionary and downed them. Dr gave me the meds before the test and said to retest if symptoms dont go away in two weeks. And no sex until a week after taking the meds. Its been two days and the pain is still there.

No, what you describe isn't going to give you an std. You don't get an std by fingering someone and then touching yourself. And you hand sanitized to boot. And you went back? (busy weekend while your wife is away). A hand job through underwear also NEVER going to be a risk for an std. If she touched herself and then you, no reason to worry as you won't get an std through a hand job directly onto your penis either. Hand jobs do not transmit std's.  There is absolutely no reason to suspect an std from your activities at the strip club. Your doctor did you NO favors by playing along with your anxiety and careless usage of medication just causes more issues for the efficacy for medications in general. I'd consider how much your own anxiety is playing a role here.

You say your wife left town so you were "free to roam the strip clubs," as though she is your jailer. It does sound like anxiety (not actual risk of STDs) is running the show, but dissatisfaction about being married can also cause stress, and medicating for imaginary STDs isn't going to take care of that. If you haven't been working with your wife about issues in your relationship, probably it's time.
