Is my swollen, painful left testicle an STD?

Greetings and I thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer. I am a 45 yr old male who foolishly, on March 24, received unprotected oral sex to completion from a stripper. On April 19, I began to feel heaviness and an uncomfortable feeling in my scrotum. I chalked it up to over exertion as I had carried heavy items to my car from long distances and had worked out as well. Upon waking I noticed my left testicle was swollen, painful and warm to the touch. I have no other symptoms like, penile discharge, painful/burning urination, or frequent urination. Although I am getting a slight fever on and off which goes away when I take ibuprofen for the pain. From my research I'm thinking this may be epididymitis. If so is it from the stripper incident and caused by an STD? Please help!
