Is sore throat a sign of oral STD?

Hi, 50 year old male here. I recently gave unprotected oral sex (cunnulingus) to a CSW, who gave me unprotected oral also. It all lasted a couple of minutes. Two days later I get a sore throat and the feeling of weak muscles. Muscle ache went away quickly (after two days), sore throat is still there. I'm not feeling sick and have no other symptoms. I'm generally healthy and seldom sick. Could it be that I contracted an oral STD from giving unprotected cunnulingus? And do symptoms appear as quickly as withing a day or two?

Much thanks for your time.

So its possible, but its not common at all from woman to man and 2 days is a little bit early.

However sore throat and muscle aches are a very very symptoms of virus seasonal illnesses such as a cold or covid :)

Thanks for taking the time to answer. Covid self test came back neg. I will self isolate to he sure, as these tests aren’t fail safe.

Just to be sure I understand correctly, you imply my symptoms aren’t usually associated with oral STD?
Sore throat is. Muscle aches are not. But the risk of getting an STI from giving oral to a female is so low it really, really is not worth worrying about.
Thanks, SillyMistake87. You’ve been very helpful.
