Chlymidia and Gonorrhea results came back negative and I have symptoms

Need help and please don't judge im already going through enough. Okay I'm going to start from the very beginning. About 4 years ago I tested positive for chlymidia. My simptoms were discharge, burning whlile urinating, and from what I remember I think soreness in my testicles. Back then I was a wild guy having fun when I got it. All simptoms gone. For about 1year, then one day I started feeling soreness on my testicles and I said dam. Here we go again. I had relations with about 3 people in that year sepretly in time so I was not Shure who I got it from.. Was treated azymothrizin 1000. Then results came back as negative chlymidia Gonorrhea. I was surprised but simptoms went  away. Another year pass all good. Settle down with a partner for a good while everything was fine we had unprotected sex for a while no symptoms during that time. Then one day I found myself drinking at a bar and I bounced into one of the 3 girls that I mentioned. One thing let to another and Bam. 5-7days later came with soreness on my testicles. It had all made sense to me she was the one I was getting it from because around the same time period I would have those symptoms after having sex with her. So I went in to get a check up. They gave me a shot of rocephin and 1000 azymothrizin. 2 days later they called me saying results came back negative for both and all hiv herpes the whole set was negative. I found it wired the last time they were negative too. About the 3 4 day after I got treated my partner gave me oral, 5-6 day we had unprotected sex. But this time the soreness didn't go all the way away, went in to a different Dr. They said my symptoms were for chlymidia or Gonorrhea. They gave me a shot of rocephin and 1000 azymothrizin. I knew I had to be careful from their on. Symptoms did decrease some after that for about 2-3 days. (6 days later I had Protected sex with my main partner). Days pass and I felt like my soreness didn't go away completely. Went in again and they said I probably got epididymitis. So they gave me a 10 day treatment of doxocline (to be honest everyday I took it I felt the same. Untill the 9th 10th day of finishing them up I felt it kind of going away then for the following 2 days) 3-5th day same thing the soreness didn't go away completely. Once again I went in. They said okay all this time have you had unprotected sex. I said no we used protection. Oral was a no also. Dr then stepped out of the office to chat with another Dr that was their and she said okay here is the deal. You can still get an STD if you wear a condom because fluids can find their way in. I was like well that makes sense , I was told if I had sex to wear a condom. But anyways I was tested again all stds blood test hiv and all that stuff. Dr said we are going to start over again give you the rocephin shot. 1000 azymothrizin and NO Sex or oral untill your partner gets tested for STDs also. So I had the shot and pills I felt such a difference the next day and following days. My results came as NEGATIVE for all My partners were NEGATIVE also. Still after that I was literally scared to have sex again. Everything was going good for a good 2 weeks. No sorness in testicles. But then little by little it started to come back little sorness in testicles. And I have not had ANY sex after this last time I was treated. It's been about a week now and I do have soreness. In a scale of 1-10 it's like a 3-4 I can feel a little sorness I don't know what to do anymore this has really changed my life. Any opinions or help please or if someone has got something similar to this

Hi in almost all cases symptoms of those stds are a white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating or urethra itching. having a sore testicle and concluding you have gono or chlamydia is not something to consider. Also if the bacteria was only in your epi then a urine or swab test would not pick it up most likely. Std,s like gono primarily affect your urethra and spreading to the epi would take time if left untreated but since the first symptom would be urethra pain i doubt you would put off getting medications as the pain would be to much.
