recently i had unprotected sex , A few days later i started to see small white bumps on the head of my penis they started from under the head and are spreading . My description of how they look like would be most comparable with FORDYCE SPOTS they do not portrude as much as penile papules they are very tiny and are white . They dont hurt when i touch them and no iritation or burning . The only diffrent thing is they have never been there before and this occured recently they look like its a break out . I feel the urgency to urinate if i drink liquid when i use the bathroom i dont need to urinate But the feeling stays there . No leaking fluids or rashes just tiny small spots on the head.
Can you clarify what this could be and what should i test for as i dont have alot income and the local community center only tests for herpes chalmydia and hiv . If i were to go to a doctor and ask for a specific test i would pay out of my pocket which would be the best in diagnosing the issue .

This does not sound like an std. If it did, I would have said so. So, you will have to wait for your doctor's opinion. Like I said. You do not have to keep repeating yourself. Anyone who has something to add will.
just to update just in case anyone can help me out Im going to the doctors tomorrow ,Now as for the white lumps as i was saying they dissapeared and now when i wake up or do vigorous activity like walk or at work i have this white substance coming out of the head of my penis. If I dont clean it right away those white spots show up again and i have to clean it real well and rub the soap in well to get rid of the white spots . I still dont feel any pain But i do know something is wrong im going to ask the doctor to check if i have a urinary tract infection. Im just hopin is nothing too serious it ***** cuz im really scared and dont know what these symptoms might be pointing too. If anyone has any further info again ill explain i have white spots that appear only when this white/yellow liquid comes out of my penis head it doesnt have a certain smell it doesnt itch or hurt but its there whenever i do alot of activity or when i wake up in the morning .

It is possibly a fungal infection. This is not typical of herpes if that is what you are thinking.
