Is this a rash of a std?

So a close friend of mine showed me where she had a spot on her back (under a small fat roll lol) that had a small cluster of bumps and one large raised area right under it. The bumps where rash like (like I mentioned in a cluster) but the had black dots in the middle. And the area where the rash is was raised and red. That was a few days ago. Today she showed me again and it looked like it was spread (not so much like the rash area but like small bumps) I asked her how it felt and she said it hurt not so much itch.
