Is this a syphilis chancre sore?

I am sexually active and have had unprotected sex a few times in Australia since I last got checked and was clear of any STDs. However, I have had this one sore pop up on my hand and have absolutely no idea where its come from. I always think about STDs considering I am sexually active and I remembered seeing sores that develop on peoples hands so it made me think, is this a syphilis chancre sore? Here is a photo of what it looks like http://postimg.org/image/r4yg5222t/

Thank you.

Syphilis is not going to show on your hand as a canker/sore.

Oh ok, well the photo i uploaded is a photo of the sore on my hand.. I did have an exposure, i had multiple unprotected sexual encounters.... but i just dont know how the sores pop up on my hand, that must mean that there was an opening on my hand and it got in that way... and theonly way that there would have been an opening there is if i fingered her with that hand bt i dont so ????

1. We are not Dr's
2. A picture even to a Dr is not going to tell you much
3. We often get gentials as pictures to look at

You did not have a risk for syphilis.

It is not even the hand I use to finger girls with so I have been wondering what this sore is. Why don't you guys look at photos?

We don't look at pictures, you will have to see a Dr. And syphilis would be very very very rare if at all to infect the hand.
