Is this all but over?

I'm sorry to trouble any of you with these concerns, however, I do not know where to turn and am running out of peace in mind.  On July 7th 2012, I went to the section of the Bronx and received oral sex (unprotected) from a younger streetwalker.  She used the condom at first but then took it off because of the discomfort it had on me (too tight).  Absolutely reckless, I know and am sweating with my dear life right now.
No more than 2-3 days later, I felt a warm sensation in my penis and went to the bathroom because it felt wierd.  I noticed slight discharge but had no pain urinating.  Only a tickling/sensitive feeling at the tip of the penis.  I went to my doctor who treated me for both Chalmydia and Gonorrohea (Zithromax - 1 tablet & Cipro - 2x a day, respectively).  While taking the medications I noticed that I had a bitter taste in my mouth.  Other than that I felt fine.  Then on the 2nd week after possible exposure I started having more bitter taste in my mouth and a tingling tongue.  I ended up going back to the doctor on July 23rd (16 days after possible exposure) and was told that I had sinusitis.  I freaked out but the doctor put me on Levaquin & Bromfed cough syrup.  I also took a full panel of STD test including HIV - all negative, but it's only been 16 days.  I took the meds for my sinusitis for 3-4 days and then stopped (exremely silly I know).  I felt fine however, a few days later the sinusitis came back with a vengeance.  So I started the Levaquin again to finish.  This is when all the symptoms started.  It seems the sinusitis gave me headaches (harsh), made me feel hot - temperature no more than 99.1 F, and chills.  I read the symptoms online and now I'm freaking out.  I never had these symptoms before and cannot function.  Point blank.  I am contemplating professional help for this anxiety and cannot wait for the 6 weeks test that my doctor recommended.
Not to mention there was dizziness and nausea off and on here and there.  Lastly, on 8/6 I experienced a rash on the inside of my arms (both L and R).  They went down after a night or two but slightly visible (remnants).  I forgot to mention: my calf muscles felt weird.  Just out of the blue it felt like I had just finished coming from the gym - problem is I haven't been in the gym this month.
I'm worried, I don't know what to do.  The only thing that saves my mind is knowing that the week of the possible exposure I spent the whole week inside my room due to depression and the temperatures were upper 90's outside.  I highly doubt the new air conditioning in a small stuffy room can cause this sinusitis.
Can anybody help - are these sure signs of ARS?  Mind you the possible encounter was in a troubled part of town...Bronx, NYC.  I also went to a urologist because I felt sharp pains in my penis - however, the doctor said there was nothing in my culture and that I was clear and not worry about it.  I'm worrying and I'm afraid that I'm not as strong as I'd like to be.  This is the most mentally challenging thing I've encountered.  Waiting for something that I do not know the outcome has affected by job in which I am not able to be myself or perform.
Please...any advice - thank you so much.

antibiotics can cause those symptoms as well as perhaps you didn't notice but we'd been kinda sweltering on the east coast all summer ;)

Thank you for taking the time out to reply, Grace.  I am scheduled for my six week next Sat. 8/18.  What is bothering me the most now is that I am easily nauseous. I'm hot a lot as well. I find myself cooling in front of a fan it A/C and I'm already finished with the Levaquin.  I am uneducated when it comes to this ordeal.  Since I've been experiencing so many frightening symptoms, I forgot to mention that occasionally I feel hot heat inside my hands. I don't quite understand and can only tell my doctor as this doesn't feel sinusitis related because the mucus is no longer an issue it appears.

you have to repeat your syphilis testing after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis testing after 3 months to properly cover your bases from having unprotected sex.

no reason to think you contracted hiv. you've been seen multiple times and they have diagnosed you with upper respiratory issues.
