Is this possibly syphilis?

I am a 21 year old male who has only had sex with my girlfriend of 5 months and noone else. Recently I have noticed a large patch of red bumbs on my genitals, it is very rash like and does not itch or bother me whatsoever. I also two months ago had a large chancre on my tongue, and area I never get them and this one also seemed unusual. I have noticed my girlfriend gets similar bumps, but nothing like mine. She claims to have gotten tested before we started dating, but has had sex with one male since then and before me. I am wondering what to do, how come this isnt happening to her?

Why do you think I tell you to see a Dr? Because I don't know what it is.
