I woke up today and I noticed a whitish clear tiny drop on the opening tip of my penis, I am freaking out!....I checked online and I have a fear it is gonorrehya or chlamydea or God knows what! Please help I am freaking out!

this is normal dear. nothing to be concerned about at this point.

bottom line is - if you aren't aware of a partner's std status, you should only be giving and receiving protected oral sex. protect yourself !!!  oral sex is low risk in general but certainly not low risk and keeping it protected keeps you from worrying like this!
