Is wrestling a high risk category?

Hi, pretty straight forward question I hope. The person in question is a wwf style wrestler who has between 2 and 8 matches per month. Given the high likelyhood of sweat saliva and blood transmission is it fair to say that hw would be in a high risk group for spreading std's? One of my biggest concerns is hepatitis but since I couldn't see reference to it,  I will leave it to you to touch on it.   Thank you in advance for any response.

if it helps any, i know a few fighters, and they have to have STD tests done before every fight. and regular ones yearly to. so although they may have more chance from fluid exchange, there is less chance becos they are regularly checked! :)
