Itchiness in Penis Urethra

Hi..

Earlier this week, I posted my concern with the itch in my urethra.
.
Just to recap, I am currently having itchiness in my urethra. There's no weird discharge, nor any burning sensation when I urine.

I've already went to clinic at my place to test for HIV, gonorrhoea, chlamydia and urinary tract infection.

But all the results are negative. They checked my blood sample, my urine and smear test for gonorrhoea, and all seems normal.

Nonetheless, the doctor gave me Pottasium nitrate to be taken 3 times a day (to neutralize my urine) as well as some antibiotics (Zithromax).

I noticed that the itchiness of the urethra will increase each time i ejaculate.

Can anyone out there tell me what's the problem am facing so I can tell my doctor exactly what it is, since all tests are negative.

The itchiness is somehow mild, nothing too serious, but its alarming. I've been suffering from this for approximately 1 week or so.

Someone kind, please enlighten. Thanks

You are already following up on this with your provider as well as receiving treatment for what the doctor has diagnosed you as having.  Not really anything we can do here. If after  10 days your symptoms are not resolved, return to your provider or see an urologist for further evaluation.

but if it is a yeast infection and it is inside the urethra, you might need anti fungal medicine like a pill or something.

it might a yeast infection.  Guys get it too.  I had a yeast infection at the tip of my penis and it just itched in the beginning.  It then progressed to yeast infection symptoms such as redness, itchiness with burning.  My doctor told me to use a jock itch cream and it's gone away.
