If someone fingers a person with hpv or any other std and never washes their hand, will that hand always be contaminated?

Yes because warts can be on someone hands. Any wart is considered HPV. But you are talking about a very low risk exposure, nothing to be concerned about.

So you could get hpv from someone's hand?

It is direct contact. HPV possible but not other STD's.
