LSIL and CIN 1

I would like to thank everyone in advance for any answers I receive.

In January of 2005 I had an abnormal Pap Smear.  I was re-tested in June, then I had to go away for Army that summer.  Once I returned they tested me again, and it still came back abnormal.  I went back in November to have a biopsy, and then in December I had the cryo done.  I have no idea what degree it was, I was 20 almost 21 at the time.  Now in 2010, February, I have another abnormal Pap Smear.  I am now 25, and have a 9 month old baby boy.  I went in May to get a biopsy which revealed LSIL and CIN 1.  I was told that I would go back in September for another Pap.  My mother has been through this once, and after the cryo, everything was resolved and never came back.

Since this is the second time I am going through everything, I was just wondering if it changes the chance it would get worse and progress or if it may actually go away.

I did forget that the report I have does say that if may be due to HPV, which I am assuming I have.
