Large white bump on scrotum?

I'm not sure what it is but I'm a 18 year old virgin and I have a large white boil looking bubble on my scrotum no more than an inch and a quaternary below my penis and I have had it for year. It feels like it is filled with some compressed fluid.
And on another subject I also randomly have red bumps around the area too. I'm always itchy and sometimes, but rarely, the skin becomes sort of Red and sensitive and the bumps inlarge a tad bit to wear it looks like white heads. I would appreciate all the info you could give me, I'm afraid I have an STD or something. Please help

it's been there for a year now. it's not herpes. it's not something your parents have and gave to you either.

odds are it's either something completely normal or a benign cyst of some sort. if you are concerned, see your provider for proper follow up but this isn't a std we can assure you.

Well I was curious cause I have had oral and STD can be passed down through genetics and maybe my parents are to embarissed to admit they have something or it's dormant and don't know they have something?

If you are a virgin then it can't be a STD. Maybe just a pimple of something. See a Dr for proper diagnosis but it is not a STD.
