Looking for symptoms and finding them
I am a male, who had unprotected vaginal sex with a woman about three to four weeks ago. She swears she is clean... But then i I worry about other encounters over the last 10 years. Some steady girlfriends, some not such a long duration. Most protected, however.
Last week, I started to have a little whitish, clearish, fluid in my penis... But nothing coming out on its owm. To see, and feel it I had to squeeze my penis. No real burning or pain.
Went to a clinic and they just took some urine and treated me for chlamydia, and it's been six days... But I still feel wet inside my penis, sometimes able to find liquid sometimes not. No physical exam was performed. Waiting for my results. Tick tock!
I'm finding signs of reactive arthritis, HIV, flu, you name it, back pain, bottom of foot soreness, red eyes, blah blah. But nothing huge, like open sores, or extreme joint pain... A little abdominal cramp ish feeling, but I attribute that to azithromycin.
How much of this is psychosomatic?? I'm in extreme anxiety and need another opinion/reassurance.
Went to my normal doc and he tried to reassure me it's difficult to catch HIV... But I'm freaking out, wondering about an HIV test... he also said that typical stds would cause discharges worthy of underwearnsoaking or stickyness... Not some light only inside the penis fluid.
Something to add... And maybe I'm worrying over nothing... I shaved my pubic area just before noticing the fluid inside my penis. Can this rubbing or stimulation cause fluid to be released?? This alone, if probable, would ease my mind...
Are any of my other physical symptoms associated?!

Adding... Two seconds after posting, I got the call that my results for ghonnerea and chlamydia were NEGATIVE! Yay... I think...
