M Genitalium

Can anyone help me understand symptoms of M Genitalium?  I had tested neg for gon/chlam/sph, but have some uti type symptoms (might be prostate driven).  Does it usually have a discharge over time?  My "event" was approx 6 months ago, and I have not had any discharge - but have concerns that I was unable to get screened for this with broader std testing.

Also - performed unprotected cunnilingus on the woman - and have an odd looking "skin tag" at back side of tongue by tonsils.  What would symptoms be of oral hpv?

The symptoms of M gen are identical to all NGU -- mostly penile discharge, sometimes uncomfortable urination but rarely as the only symptom. Testing for M gen is not provided routinely in most settings, still primarily a research procedure.

Oral HPV is generally without symptoms and without visible warts. Show the apparent skin tag to your doctor or dentist.

Having multiple threads is discourage, especially in the same forum. Feel free to continue the discussion in your other thread. I won't have any further comments in this one.
