I did a very stupid thing yesterday, I am married and went away to do a course, I had a few drinks then ended up with an escort. I did ask her at the time and I also asked her boss today, she also said that 2 weeks ago she got the all clear for everything, they both told me not to worry but I just can't help it,

Why dont your ask her itself is she STD free or not? No one can say whether you got infected by this action or put your self in serious circumstance and moreover its just happened yesterday so no any symptoms. You need to be patience.
