May be showing symptoms of STD

In June i had uprotected oral sex with someone, since I have been stressing about if I contracted an STD, was already tested, about two weeks after and tested negative. I know that I have to wait at least three months for accurate test results. But recently I have been experiencing what could possibly be symptoms of an STD, if I get tested now would test results be more accurate or should i still just wait one more month.

What do you think you have to wait 3 months to be tested for? What symptoms do you have?
