HIV is not spread through kisses, even with blood or open cuts. Those cut would have to be HUGE, and even in that case, the risk would be just theoretical, as there has never been a single case of infection that way. Saliva contains at least 12 different chemical compounds that neutralize the virus.
Oral sex exposes you to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. You can test as follows:
-3 weeks after the encounter, test for gonorrhea.
-6 weeks after the exposure, for syphilis, and if the result is positive, please repeat the test 3 months after the exposure, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-3 months after the encounter, test for herpes.
Regarding the blood, if it got into your condom from the base, it would be difficult to reach your glans. But as I see, it's impossible to know if it reached it or not, so at this point I would recommend you to test, as you have to do it anyway for the other stds I talked to you about before.
You should add to the other tests, this ones:
-Chlamydia, normally is tested at the same time as gonorrhea, 3 weeks after the encounter.
-HIV, go for a duo / combo ab/ag test, it will be accurate 28 days after the encounter.
Once sexual fluids are exposed to air, HIV looses its capacity of infecting, so in case blood got into your condom from the base, you wouldn't have been exposed, but as we don't know if the blood was exposed to air or not before reaching your glans (in the case it did it) it would be interesting to test.
My advice for the future is avoiding prostitutes from those countries, ad the number of infections over there are increasing in the last few years.
All the best.
