Microplasma genitelium

A little over a month ago I cheated on my gr and had unprotected oral and vaginalsex(dumb I kmow) with a friend who was 100% said he was std free. Im a 26 year old male.  About a week later I took 1g of arithromicin I had at my house because I was nervous.  Went to the walk in a few days Later complaining of burning during urination in the morning, frequency to urinate and clear discharge(which looks lie precum) only after I milk my penis.  Dr gave me additional 1g of arithromicin and a shot in the butt.  Std test for gonn/chlam came back negative.  A week later symptoms still present and my anxiety rising, I noticed after finishing urinating, urine dribbles out and I have to milk it.  Also after ejaculating(no burning) but semen dribbles out and then about 15 mins later I squeeze a clump of semen out of my urethra.  All of these symptoms oly began occurring after the sexual episode.  A week after second dose of arithromicin I went o my PCP and tested negative again or gonn/chlam and given 7 day course of doxy twice a day. Week and a half later still have dripping urine/dripping semen after I cum and occasional bladder discomfort. Went to urologist and once again tested egative for gonn/chlam and also negative for trich.  Perscribed 3 weeks worth of doxy.  Now I'm beginning to become extremely frustrated and helpless.  I've one research on m. Genitelium online and my symptoms appear to match. Also I've had numerous urinalysis that came bak negative.

1. Coud it possibly be m.genitalium?
2. How common is it?
3. Is testing accurate?
4. After being negative on all test I had sex with my gf and he is now complaining of right kidney area pain.  Could that be due to MG?

Please help is this MG or anxiety??

I plan on it.  As of right not i have been on doxy for a week.  The Internet states that doxy is not good at treating MG.  if I take a test today do you thi k the doxy would mask the test?
