UTI or STD??? Going into major depression here. :-(

My doc checked my urine and said tht my white blood cells were increased and I was diagnosed with a UTI! This was a while now, I was given antibiotics to treat....Now i'm thinking it could be more than that. My perineum looks raw!!!!! my vagina is normal and my anus is normal, but the perineum is raw and is a little painful in certain areas and when i checked it out using a mirror i noticed VERY MINUTE buttons but just a few, hardly noticeable, but THAT is  where i was getting the pain.
Other symptoms include......

    very little spot of  blood when i wipe after i pee, this is NOT frequent, but the point is it happened, and it is not my period!

    Also, wen i poop i noticed sum blood. These things i kno are HIGH CAUSE for concern, and i kno i have 2 go 2 a doctor, and i will soon but i wouldnt b able to go till next month.

These symptoms arent really recurrent, for example the blood in the stool has stopped thus far.

IF (God forbid) tht i have an std like herpes or so i will kill myself. I am 20 and have had sex with only 1 person in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! that person is my bf of 3YRS!!! I have friends that have had multiple partners! Y ME??

The little tiny buttons which (are few) hurt if i move my butt around or walk really fast!

Other info:

    I have PCOS, havent seen my period in about 3 months due to very
irregular period
    Sumtimes i get digestion problems
    I am slim...i think i am underweight...
    My skin...like face etc doesnt have pimples so i kno i have no acne problems
    I have never even had anal sex or done anything that could possibly cause the bleeding from my anus.

I AM SOOOOO SCARED I SWEAR NOONE KNOWS I COULD GREY HAIR OVERNIGHT BY THINKING OF THE POSSIBILITIES!!
i have done extensive research which scares me more cuz my symptoms fall under herpes, cervical cancer and colon cancer!!!!

IS THIS WHAT I GET 4 HAVING SEX WITH MY BF OF 3YRS AND BEING FAITHFUL??? Really? Cuz i am pretty convinced this is not just a simple UTI!! and now i'm literally crying!

Also i have experienced in the past slightly swollen lymph nodes which is evidence of an infection. i would appreciate ANY RESPONSE! thank u so very much to any1!! I just want to kno my chances of what 2 expect on going to the doctor so that i would not pass out on hearing bad news!  
I feel like my life is over.

you've been on antibiotics so this very well could be a yeast infection going on.

you need to go and be seen monday and get properly examined. if they suspect herpes, they can do a lesion culture and typing too. they also can properly test you for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally too.
