Need some relief

Recently I went to a strip club and had a lap dance.  During the dance she was simulating a BJ through my shorts.  No direct contact with my penis as the material separated it.  I don't recall it being super wet from saliva.  I also sucked on her boob.  The next day I started feeling discomfort in my prostate area which radiates into my penis (I've had prostatitis symptoms for years).  No discharge, just uncomfortable and feels a little burning.  Also, my mouth was mildly burning.  I got freaked out and took some two Doxi 100mg followed by another one six hours later. Still freaked and went to an urgent care 4 days later.  I told them the story and my concern that I may have caught something.  She gave me a preemptive strike and gave me 1g azithromycin(onetime dose), also Cipro 500Mg(2 a day for a week) in case it was my prostate.  She did a urine test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which came back Negative.  I worried about the accuracy as I had just urinated about 20 mins prior so I went to another lab and had another one done.  It also came back negative.  I still have discomfort and now developed Thrush.  I've been taking Nystatin Oral for 3 days and seems to be starting to get better.  My question is could I have caught something or just coincidence with the prostate?  The thrush make sense after taking all the antibiotics.  Very worried as I'm a married guy.  Please give me your imput!

To be clear, you don't think that the saliva could have made it through the material of my shorts? Not very thick but not thin either.  Thanks just want to be safe!
