i'v been having this itching inside of my penis head for like a week or so but i never had sex with anyone and i have no symptoms like white dots or anything but a couple of small bumps that can't be noticed and i have those for years i'm 17 years old, can someone tell me what could it be and should i go see a doctor or what ?
