No Symptoms, No Worries?

I had one instance of unprotected vaginal intercourse in March with a colleague of mine. I had never considered her a high risk until afterwards and even this I'm sure is anxiety and guilt.

I know that sexually, she is not promiscuous and confessed to me that she has limited sexual exposure and does not have STD's.

Up until now, I have been extremely concerned about HIV, but with a negative test at 84 days my focus is shifting. I have no symptoms at all, should I be tested for STD's?

Depends on the strength of the zpak.  If it was 500 mg pills, that would cure chlamydia.  If they were 250 mg pills, it might not.

It doesn't sound like you have a lot to be anxious about, really, but test if it will ease your mind.

I already knew the answer. :).

One more question:

I was given a Z-Pak for a sinus infection after the incident, will this cure any STD?

to ease your mind yes . you should be tested. althought the way you describe this girl she is at low risk. if your concerned get tested. No sumptoms mean nothing. so why not get tested to just bring you back to a comfortable level. :)
