I had a sexual encounter about 2 weeks ago and wore a condom during it. Yesterday I noticed that I had about 2 red bumps on the shaft of my penis. By today they went down in size to almost nothing but i also noticed that I also had what looked like a collection of tiny white dots on the top base of my penis. I haven't had any kind of fever or joint pain but I am worried this could possibly be herpes. Any thoughts?

Herpes wouldn't clear up so fast, but you should see your doctor - I agree.

get checked by a doctor.although it isnt sounding like herpes. and you are at low risk from using a condom.it can possibly be something else.
