i have not had sex with no one but im always masterbating once or twice a day and know i have pimpes on my penis would they go away if i stop and if yes how long does it take

The best thing you can do is get a good water based lube, like KY, astroglide, etc. Vaseline will clog your pores and cause more pimples.

What do you use for lube? When you are done do you wipe off your penis? Pop them and wash throughly.... they will go away in a couple of days.
Use vasaline. It is messy but you can wipe most of it off with a paper towel and it is good for your skin.......
