Not sure what this could be???

Had unprotected oral and vaginal sex twice with the same woman and soon after [approx 2 weeks] started to develope many strange symptoms. Became very tired to the point of having a hard time to hold my head up for a week straight,  Developed a bumpy rash of white wiggly lines like a burn on the inside of my lower lip but went away after 2 days, Has since come back once, Had flu like symptoms for 2 days with nausea and diarrhea, Developed a patch of folliculitus on my chest and it stayed for over a month even with antibiotic treatment, My stomach started growling intensely with severe intestinal rumbling and discomfort accompanied by alot of gas and verry strange bowel movements, Developed a few small boils on my back and legs, My toenails have also all turned yellow. I went for detailed STD screening at 3 and 6 months post exposure and all tests were negative, Also had abdominal x-rays and stool sample done and all seemed normal,  Any opinions on what this may be? Any suggestions on what I should test for?? Is this an STD or stress???

I experienced the same thing since february this year I had really bad stomach pain then my intestines went berserk they have since calmed down but just rumble all the time and my bowel movements are different.

This all happened 6months after having unprotected sex with a female I was in a short term relationship with.
I've had 3 Hiv tests and they have all been negative but I still have growling intestines.

Doctor is trying to tell me its IBS but thats a crock of **** I had sores on my one eyed trouser snake afterwards and do get prodromal herpes symptoms since.
All they do is keep sayin its IBS gave me some anti-depressents and send me on my way.
I too have horrible fatigue that I cant seem to get rid of no matter how much sleep i get.

I feel your pain Bud

This has nothing to do with STD's and tests prove that.
